This policy applies to the websites we operate — including ingotsupply.com and wattfigure.com — and to the applications, games, and digital products we publish, except where a specific product presents its own supplementary privacy notice. Where a product notice and this policy differ, the product notice governs for that product.
Our websites are built to collect as little as possible. We do not require accounts to read our content, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What an individual application collects depends on what it does. Where an application collects personal information, its store listing and its in-app disclosures describe that collection before you install or before the collection begins, and we describe it in the app-specific section below.
Where an application offers purchases, the transaction is processed by the platform operator — Google, Apple, or another storefront — under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above:
We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
Our websites do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookie we do set is strictly necessary to deliver the page you requested or to remember a preference you chose. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; our sites remain usable if you do.
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact admin@ingotsupply.com and we will delete it.
Where an application is rated for a general or mixed audience on a storefront, we apply that storefront's requirements for child-directed treatment, including limits on advertising identifiers and data collection.
We keep server logs for a limited period for security and reliability purposes, and then delete or aggregate them. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet our record-keeping obligations. We keep business and tax records for the periods required by law.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, you may request to know what personal information we have collected about you, request its deletion, request correction of inaccurate information, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so no opt-out of sale or sharing is required.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and may object to processing. Our legal bases are legitimate interests (operating and securing our services), performance of a contract (delivering a product you obtained), consent (where we ask for it), and legal obligation.
Email admin@ingotsupply.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) across our sites and services, limit access to information to what is needed to operate, and prefer systems that collect less rather than systems that collect more. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are located in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable law.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice through our websites or within the relevant product.

Maintain this section as products ship. Google Play and Apple both require a privacy policy that accurately describes what each individual app collects, and Google cross-checks it against your Data safety declaration. A generic policy that does not match the declaration is a common cause of rejection.
For each published application, add: the categories of data collected, whether collection is required or optional, the purpose of each category, whether data is shared and with whom, whether data is encrypted in transit, and how a user can request deletion.
No applications have been published as of the effective date of this policy. This appendix will be completed before any application is listed.
